eh? why not? if you don't like the car, sell it. if you do, keep it
and continue to enjoy the warranty.

eh? no, but even if you did, so what? if the transmission was replaced
under factory warranty, it's as good as new, not some garbage welded
together out the back of greasy joes crowbar and bait emporium. and why
are you wasting your time with carfax? it only gives you /reported/
issues. unreported issues go... you guessed it... unreported!

i advise you let the dealer fix the car under warranty, then sell it,
and go ride the bus from now on. that way you don't have any
responsibilities or any really really really hard decisions to make.
