Pull the fuse, and hold it up to a light. If the strip of metal isn't
broken, the fuse is still good. In this case, the fuse is good, since the
windows wouldn't work at all if they weren't.

It's either the wiring or the switches. A cheap multimeter from Radio Shack
can help you here (and also help you check the fuses). The Chilton book
should have a section on electrical testing. Anyway, you want to make sure
the switches are working properly. See if the power coming out of the
switch to the window is the same going in (12v). If not, the switches are
either broken (no voltage) or the contacts inside have corroded (anything
substantially less than 12v). Corrosion may be fixed by taking apart the
switch, if you can, and cleaning the contacts.

If there's no power going to the switch at all (with the ignition on) you
have a problem with the wiring from the fuse box to the switch.

If the switch is working, you need to test the wiring going from the
non-working switch to the window.

It sounds like the switch to me. If it's not, I highly suggest you take it
to Honda and have them deal with it. Wiring on modern cars is not for the
feint of heart.
