I just use a synthetic chamois. I wash the car, then throw them in the
clothes washer with Tide to get the grease off. When they are nice and
clean, and still damp, I clean the tinted windows by softly wiping
them. Works like a charm for the last 10 years, can't damage anything.
The windshield gets Windex.
