I will be replacing the timing belt on a 99 accord 4cylinder

i noticed on ebay timing belt kits come with different parts

the one i like includes

water pump, timing belt, tensioner bering,


other kits include

balence belt (think i need) main crank seal, cam seal, valvue gasket,
spark plug tube seals


MY accord has no leaks so can i skip the main crank seal, cam seal,
valvue gasket, spark plug tube seals and just buy the additional
balance belt??
