Parts don't 'fail' while you are in Hawaii. You've got a flooded engine,
because one of your injectors has taken a whole week to drain all the
fuel from the rail into the engine. Like the Owner's Manual says, hold
the pedal to the floor and crank it for up to fifteen seconds. It will
start with a puff of black smoke.

Run a couple tanks of Gasohol thru it, or some Techron injector cleaner
to prevent it happening again.
