Wow, that's about 13 mpg. You don't say what kind of Honda or under
what conditions it is driven, but that is low for all but the most
extreme circumstances. Make sure none of the wheels is dragging -
should be easy to push it on level ground. If it doesn't get better
with one or two tanks of the cleaner then you may need professional
diagnosis. I assume that the "check engine" light isn't on.
