I "don't think" you have actually read the owner's manual. I also
"don't think" you've asked your dealer either.
Are you an automotive engineer? Are you a mechanical engineer of any kind?
Were you part of the Honda team that did the research to determine the
appropriate initial oil change interval?
No?
Then go and REALLY read the manual, and then FOLLOW it. You spent a lot of
money on this car, didn't you? Do you want to spend much, much more? Didn't
think so. Don't be so stupid. Protect your investment.
