"Brake Lamp," not "Brake," is suppose to mean that the tail bulb(s) are
degrading or of the wrong type if they come and go. If the bulb is dead, replace
it. If you hear howling from the front end that stops when you turn in one
direction but gets louder when you turn the opposite way, it's the bearing.
