if your pads are wearing out fast id say its likely the brake caliper
siezing up or slowly disengage, ive had this prob and finely one day the
wheel locked up (siezed caliper)
try a silicone based greesless lube in the spray on the moving parts of
the caliper (dont get any on the pads)
