My '04 Accord automatically locks, too. Yesterday, the car was locked
with the windows down. I reached in the driver's window and pushed
the auto unlock switch and the panic alarm went off. First time this
has happened to me, so I didn't know how to shut it off. Ran inside
the house, found the key, thought I'd pressed all the buttons on key,
the alarm still going off. I started the car, turned it off, the
alarm still going all this time. Hit the auto lock switch on the door
panel several times. Finally, pushed the buttons on the key one more
time and it shut off. Not sure exactly which one did it, but I'm
going to be very careful in the future.
