It is sounding a little like you have an aftermarket alarm in the car.
Some, when you do a specific key combo (on the keychain) roll the windows
all the way up, then down a little for ventilation. Many also auto lock the
doors (the Accord will only auto-lock the doors if you unlock with key fob,
then don't open any doors, at least that's how my '01 EX works).
